Ingredients

1. 3 small potatoes
2. corned beef
3. salt and pepper

Steps

• shred the potatoes with a box grater into a bowl of water
• strain and dry potatoes as much as possible
• add salt and pepper
  
• chop corned beef and combine with potaotes
• add ~2 tbsp of oil to a pan and get almost smoking
• add potato and beef mix and let cook for at minimum 5 minutes or until browned
  
• turn over and repeat

This is great with bacon and eggs and a good hit of ketchup and/or hot sauce
