Beef Oxtail

Oxtail soup is the original food of Indonesia, every region in Indonesia different flavor, distinctive, and its name. Here I will share tips, recipes and ways of making oxtail soup is tasty and tender meat.


Prepare the ingredients;

- 800 g oxtail, cut into pieces by ruasnya

- 2 liters of water to boil

- 3 cm cinnamon

- 2 cloves grains

- 4 cloves garlic, crushed

- 1 whole nutmeg, solve

- 3 leeks, cut into 2 cm

- 4 stalks celery, tie the knot

- 75 g carrots, sliced crosswise 11/2 cm

- 100 g of potatoes, diced 2 cm

- 1 tomato, sliced 8 parts

- 2 tsp salt

- 1 teaspoon pepper

- 100 ml of cooking oil

- Fried onions for topping


How to make :


- Rinse the oxtail pieces, then boiled with water in a saucepan for 15 minutes until boiling. Remove, perebusnya water. Flush tail with cold water.

                                          

                                          


- Boil back tail with cold water to the boil, add the cinnamon, cloves, garlic, and nutmeg.

                                          


- After a soft tail, measuring up to 1 liter broth, jerang back on the fire. Enter the carrots and potatoes and cook until done. Add the leek, celery, tomatoes, salt, pepper. Stir and cook until carrots and potatoes are cooked.

                                          

                                                        


- Pour oxtail soup into a serving bowl, serve warm.

Nice recipe!
I noticed that the wok is probably from aluminum.. I am not a scientist but I think is not really healthy to cook in that..
