Minty Scramble Eggs
Hello dear beautiful friends! Sharing with you a typical breakfast meal or it could be served any time of day if you like it to be. This is good with rice or any kind of bread that you like.
I sometimes like to pair it with a plain naan. This is very simple and easy to make. And it gives your scrambled eggs a minty flavor and a warming taste because of the mint added to it and the fresh ginger.
Well, happy cooking. Enjoy it!
Ingredients:
6 eggs, beaten
2 cloves garlic, diced
1 small ginger, diced
2 c. fresh mint, chopped
1 tbl olive oil
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
½ tsp sugar
Steps and Procedures:
In a frying pan, heat oil and saute garlic, and ginger over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes.
Add fresh mint, cook, and stir until the leaves are wilted.
Stir in the beaten eggs, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar until all mixed and combined.
Transfer to a plate. Serve with rice or naan. Share with family and friends. Enjoy it!
