Hi steemate today I will teach how to make creama de fruta. Creama de Fruta is one of the most favorite desserts of Filipino. This dessert is most present in all occasion like birthdays, Christmas party, news party anniversary. It is very easy to make and the ingredients is very affordable. 

Ingredients

All-purpose cream

1 can of condensed milk

1 can of evaporated milk

Fruit cocktail varieties

Graham crackers

Crushed graham crackers

½ cup all-purpose flour

2 tablespoon melted butter

6 beaten egg yolks


Procedure


Stir together the flour and butter in a saucepan until well mixed.

Add the evaporated milk, condensed milk, all-purpose flour, and cream together into the mix.

Simmer the mixture on low heat. Stir the mix constantly until the texture thickens. Remove the mixture from heat.

Lay the first layer of graham crackers onto a rectangular tray. If you want, you can add another layer to the graham crackers to thicken the base and strengthen the taste of the graham crackers with the cake.

Spread the mixture over the first layer of graham crackers in a square pan or tray.

Place fruits on top of the mix.

Top the mixture again with another layer of graham crackers, repeating the process until the desired number of layers, and thickness of the desert has been achieved.

Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the cake.

Top it off with fruit to decorate the top.

Chill the cake until it becomes firm.

Best served when chilled.
