Of course @rockjon! I'd be happy to share!

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
16 slices uncooked bacon
2 egg yolks
1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
1/3 cup cream cheese, softened enough to be spreadable but not warm
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 hamburger buns, split (gluten free if needed)
Onion, avocado, and/or tomato, thinly sliced
Lettuce leaves
favorite condiments: hot sauce, spicy mustard, bbq.....

Instructions

  1. Preheat a gas or charcoal grill to medium-high heat (If you don't have one you can cook the patties in a large skillet over medium-high heat or bake them on a foil lined baking tray at 350 degrees F (180 C).
  2. Mix the softened cream cheese and egg yolks in a small to medium bowl until combined. Stir in blue cheese, salt, and pepper until combined then set mixture aside for a moment.
  3. Mix together the beef and worchestershire in a medium mixing bowl then divide into 4 burgers. Flatten the patties out on a foil lined tray until about 3/4 inch thin. Spoon 3 to 4 tablespoons of cheese mixture onto each patty then fold up the sides around the cheese mixture like you're wrapping a present and press it together to seal as well as you can. Now wrap each burger in 4 slices of bacon.
  4. Place the patties over heated grill and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side. (If you think you may have trouble keeping the burgers together over the open grill they can be grilled on top of the foil as well) Toast hamburger buns during the last minute of grilling if desired.
  5. Serve hot with any of your desired toppings.

Thanks so much for the recipe, I really appreciate it. :)

Will show it to my wife :))
