Mango, Pineapple, Banana, Ginger! Energy-packed weight-loss smoothie~

The mango, pineapple, banana, and ginger smoothie is incredibly delicious! Sweet, tropical, and packed with energy. This smoothie has a fairly low glycemic load, so diabetics will also find this to be delightful. Today I had this smoothie for my breakfast. That's right: this is a full meal. It's hydrating and nearly 1000 calories!

Ingredients

  • 2 ataulfo mangos
  • 3 medium-sized bananas
  • 2-3 cups of Pineapple Juice -- about 1/3 to 1/2 of a pineapple.
  • 1 peeled thumb of ginger

You will need a blender!

Directions

  1. Peel the bananas and place into the blender.
  2. Peel the mango and slice off the fruit's flesh. Put into the blender.
  3. After peeling the ginger, cut into little slices and put into the blender.
  4. Pour the pineapple juice into the blender.
  5. Blend until completely smooth. Add ice to get the desired chill effect.
