Mango, Pineapple, Banana, Ginger! Energy-packed weight-loss smoothie~

The mango, pineapple, banana, and ginger smoothie is incredibly delicious! Sweet, tropical, and packed with energy. This smoothie has a fairly low glycemic load, so diabetics will also find this to be delightful. Today I had this smoothie for my breakfast. That's right: this is a full meal. It's hydrating and nearly 1000 calories!

Ingredients
- 2 ataulfo mangos
- 3 medium-sized bananas
- 2-3 cups of Pineapple Juice -- about 1/3 to 1/2 of a pineapple.
- 1 peeled thumb of ginger
You will need a blender!
Directions
- Peel the bananas and place into the blender.
- Peel the mango and slice off the fruit's flesh. Put into the blender.
- After peeling the ginger, cut into little slices and put into the blender.
- Pour the pineapple juice into the blender.
- Blend until completely smooth. Add ice to get the desired chill effect.
