Very rich and nutritious, egg salad
Greetings friends of the Steemit community. In short words, I give you this super simple recipe that can be eaten as snacks accompanied with casabes or in default as a companion on the main course.
Egg Salad, rich in proteins and vitamins.
Parboiled 5 eggs, chop in small squares
Cebollin or onion in small pieces
Parsley, well chopped
Salt to taste
Optional: corn
Place all ingredients in a bowl, stir, add salt to taste and mayonnaise.
Super simple and very delicious.
