Hello friends of Steemit, I hope you have spent a spectacular weekend. Today I bring you a typical recipe of The Island of Margarita, here in Venezuela for the outside companions who do not know it. And it is the famous "Eagle rays cake".
This recipe is very simple to make, like all the ones we have done previously.

Let's start with the Ingredients: (For 10 people)

As we begin to make our béchamel sauce.
Making the béchamel sauce is easy, we put in a pot on high fire our butter and we add the milk and we are adding the flour of wheat. Very important is never stop removing. We put a pinch of salt, try the mixture and correct if you lack salt.

We set our oven to warm to 180 ° C for 10 minutes.

We put a first layer of bechamel sauce, this is so that our ingredients have a floor to adhere to. The second layer is our fish.

This process is repeated over and over again until we fill the container. I reached with these amounts to put 3 layers. We must try to have our ingredients reach all layers equally.
Once finished our paste, we take it to the oven so that it is finished cooking for a time of 20 to 25 minutes.

After this time, our cake is ready to cut and serve.
This dish can be accompanied with the outline you want. Can use it as a main course or as a snack. Since the contrast of the sweetness of the bananas and the salty of the other ingredients make a spectacular contrast of flavors.
