Dry Bolu Jadul
Ingredients
4 eggs
200 Gram of Wheat
165 Gram Sugar Sand (Selera)
1/4 Sdth Salt
1/2 Sdth Vanilla powder
35 Gram Vegetable oil / Liquid Butter
27 Grams of Milk Powder
Step
Beat, egg, sugar, salt and vanilla until fluffy, white and stalk about 10 to 15 minutes, adjust each mixer.

Lower to low speed, insert milk powder, in flask follow, last vegetable oil stir well, turn mixer

Prepare mold that has been in basting carlo, put the dough, then bake for 20 minutes .. adjust individual oven.

If you want to add dry, after cooked, remove the sponge from the mold, then bake again for 10 minutes, serve s

NOTE:

✔ Bolu dry jadul there are two types, some are soft, there is a crisp, so adjust individual taste.

✔ I bake this spoon with 180 degrees for 20 minutes
