The healthy vegetable soup, what a yummy
This delicacy is called "efo riro" i.e stirred vegetable, it is predominant in the south western part of Nigeria.
It is very nutritive and highly recommended for young and old ones.
People have several ways they prepare theirs but let me just quickly brush you through how i make mine.
Ingredients.
- Vegetable
- Maggi
- Palm oil
- Salt
- Curry
- Thyme
- Pepper
- Onion
- Fish/meat
- Water
Process.
Slice the vegetable to your deaired size, blend the pepper and onion.
Pour your palm oil into the pot and pour your pepper and onion, add other seasonings too, add the fish/meat.
Cover to steam.
Add salt and maggi.
After a while, add the vegetable, cover and allow to steem .
Delicacy is ready, thank me later.
