Thank you for sharing your wonderful recipes, greetings to your mother who has been willing to share the recipe. Maybe I will try to make soup with your recipe but with chicken and beef meat. Because I will never eat pork. What is the favorite meat pig of Chinese society?
You are welcome @riezky ! Yes, the soup will taste good too if you are using chicken. I'm not so sure with the beef as I don't eat beef but you are free to try it out and let me know how's the taste? :D For chicken, you can use chicken bones and chicken breast. Kindly reminder, if you are using thighs, drumsticks etc, remember to remove the skin as it will make the soup comes out very oily.

I see. Not really know where is Aceh. But I have been to Indonesia and visited Bali, a beautiful beach there.
In aceh there is also a very beautiful beach that is on sabang island in zero kilometer west indonesia
