Jeez, these are some fat burgers :D Seems like guy cooks them all the time.
If I'm not wrong this was pork. In my humble opinion beef is still better, because pork really should be 'well done'.

nope, def beef. He even explains which part of the cow his dinosaur looking piece comes form. All good tho, still really like your photoshoot!
But could I suggest 1 tip? Are you keen with Photoshop or Lightroom cause the pictures you used look really pale and yellow. Not really appetizing. Most of the colour correction tricks are super duper easy.
