Delicious Chicken Breast Chops Fried With Eggs And Flour (Easy, Fast, And Incredibly Tasty)

This is one of those extremely easy recipes that anyone can cook at home. Whether it's a crazy morning or a lazy evening, you will be able to cook this without any special skills pretty fast. The recipe I suggest you to try is also really positive, easy to cook, and incredibly tasty.

Ingredients*

  • 500g chicken breasts;
  • 3 eggs;
  • up to 100mL fine flour;
  • 100-150mL vegetable oil (I prefer some fine sunflower oil);
  • salt (black pepper and any other spices optionally).

*5 servings approximately, double or triple ingredients, if you need more!

Slice chicken fillet into steaks, beat off with kitchen hammer and salt it. Crack eggs into some convenient deep bowl. Use a whisk or a blender to mix eggs with flour (start carefully). Preheat a frying pan with oil to a medium level. Dip chicken steaks into the eggs and flour mixture and carefully put into the frying pan. In approximately 5 minutes (see if it is golden already from the bottom) turn each steak over.
Note: you may fry the chops either fast and more crispy (more heat), or slower with more even cooking (less heat).

Serve while hot with side dishes or use cold for sandwiches!

Se usar óleo de coco ele pode alterar o gosto?

Sorry, I really got no clue about coconut oil. I guess it will change the taste though, because each kind of oil has its own taste.
