Material A :
6 eggs intact
1 tsp emulsifer
60gr granulated sugar
70gr-purpose flour
10gr milk powder
10gr cornstarch
1tsp pandan paste / sediment pandan

Material B:
125gr butter/butter , melted but not until the pop letup. How to secure in the team.

filling: butter cream and grated cheese

How to make :

  1. Mix all ingredients A and beat until white and thick (the method all in one). Must be thick because if tdk later fitting the butter in and ngaduk behind, the dough can be easily liquid and bantet.
  2. Pour the melted butter gradually and stir behind. Do not stir the rich ngaduk vegetable or drink.
  3. Pour into the baking dish already lined with baking paper ( me : 28cm )
  4. Bake at 190° for 20-23 minutes ( adjust the oven masing2x ). I did use the fire top down.
  5. Invert pan, peel paper bakingnya and oles filling. Roll and let stand dl until benar2x set. Potong2x..serve.
