Vanilla Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients I:
- 1 pack of plain agar
- 6 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 sachet of sweetened condensed milk
- 400 ml of water
- 3 tablespoons of whippy cream powder
- 50 ml of cold water
How to make:
- Cook gelatin, sugar, sweetened condensed milk, and water until boiling. Set aside
- Beat the whippy cream and cold water until thick
- Pour the agar solution into whiped cream mix well. Pour into a baking dish and cool
Ingredients II:
- 1 pack of plain agar
- 2 sachets of sweetened condensed milk
- 6 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of powdered chocolate
- 700 ml of water
How to make:
- Cook all ingredients II until boiling. Let hot steam disappear.
- Remove vanilla pudding. Pour 1/4 part of the chocolate pudding into the mold and let it freeze. Place the vanilla pudding on top then pour the rest of the chocolate pudding slowly over all surfaces. Enter the refrigerator. Ready to be served. If the rest of the chocolate pudding has frozen, reheat it back on the stove.
