Steamed Choco Cake
Ingredients :
- 110 grams of All Purposes Flour
- 170 grams of Margarine
- 150 grams of Granulated Sugar, blend until smooth
- 50 - 60 grams of Chocolate powder
- 200 mL Liquid Milk
- 2 eggs, shaken off
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla powder
Topping:
Like it, I use chocolate pasta mixed with butter, poured it until it's pretty liquid, then just spread it over the ball. Let a beautiful sprinkle be given.
How to make :
- Prepared baking pan, I use 20 cm, middle hole. Spread with margarine, then sprinkle with flour evenly.
- Prepared a set of steaming, make sure when you enter the mixture, it has boiled, enough steam, and the lid is given a cloth that absorbs water.
- In a small pan, mix margarine, milk, vanilla, and sugar, stirring until the sugar dissolves while heated. Don't overheat, because the margarine can break. Stirred. Let cool a little.
- In a separate container, sift flour, powdered chocolate, baking powder and baking soda. Set aside.
- Shake off the egg using a fork, then put it in a solution of margarine and milk. Stir well.
- Enter the solution into the dry ingredients mixture, just stir the mixture, which is important to wet all. The texture of the batter is liquid, easy to pour.
- Pour into print, put in steamer, approximately 45-50 minutes.
- After being cooked, wait a little cold and flush with topping.
