Steamed Brownie Roll
Ingredients :
- 6 eggs
- 225 grams of sugar
- 1/2 tsp sp
- 100 grams of flour
- 50 grams of powdered chocolate
- 25 grams of milk powder
- 100 grams of cooking oil
- 75 gr butter
- 100 gr dark chocolate, chopped
Filling:
- Butter cream to taste
- Nuttela to taste
How to make :
- melt oil, butter and dark chocolate, chill, I microwave.
- prepare 2 pieces of baking pan size 26x26x4cm, paper and paper pads.
- preheat steaming, if using ordinary steamer wrap the lid with a napkin so that the water does not drip into the cake.
- Beat sugar and sp eggs until they expand, thick and crunch with high speed.
- reduce the speed of input of the mixture of flour, milk powder and cocoa powder, mix well. or stir back with a spatula.
- add the melted butter mixture stirring back with a spatula until everything is well mixed.
- pour into 2 pieces of baking pan, steam each mixture over low heat until cooked only 10-12 minutes, lift it.
- Heat over to baking paper which is wider than the cake, top with filling when using jam, immediately roll and solidify, cool and cut into pieces.
Note:
Rolling steamed brownies must be still hot, because the cake is still soft and supple to roll, because when the cold cake will compact and when it rolls it will break easily, if given butter cream and Nuttela mixture, roll it first without filling, let cool, then open the roll, spread the butter cream and Nuttela and roll back, good luck.
