Stacked Chocolate Peanut Cake

Ingredients:

  • 200 gr butter
  • 60 grams of refined sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 100 grams of chopped peanuts
  • 250 gr low protein flour, sift together
  • 30 grams of powdered chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons milk powder

Glaze:

  • 150 grams of refined sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of cream of tartar, shake it to expand
  • 1 egg white
  • 100 gr chopped fried peanuts

How to make:

  • Beat butter, refined sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  • Enter the peanuts, flour, cocoa powder and milk powder, then mix well.
  • Thin 3mm thick, print 2 round shapes with a diameter of 4 cm and 2 cm. Move it to a flat baking sheet that has been smeared with white butter. Distances. Oven with a temperature of 165 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.
  • Tape small and large cakes with glazing decorations. Sprinkle excess glaze with chopped peanuts. Line 2 parallel to the small cake.
