SIOMAY CHICKEN
SIOMAY CHICKEN
Ingredients :
- 500 gr chicken filet, chopped
- 100 gr of shrimp, geprak use knife or stone ulek allowed
- 4 shallot onions
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 4 onion stalks (grab the white trunk) finely chopped
- 100 gr bengkoang, finely chopped and squeezed the water
- mix all the ingredients above until blended and then enter:
1butir chicken eggs, shake off - mix until blended, then enter:
5 tbsp of sago flour
3 tablespoons of potato flour - mix until smooth .. then print on the skin of siomay .. and give carrot grated on it as decoration, then steamed for 30-40 minutes, before steamed ..
Saos siomay:
- 5 tablespoons chili sauce belibis
- 3 tablespoons chili sauce sauce
