SIOMAY CHICKEN

Ingredients :

  • 500 gr chicken filet, chopped
  • 100 gr of shrimp, geprak use knife or stone ulek allowed
  • 4 shallot onions
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 4 onion stalks (grab the white trunk) finely chopped
  • 100 gr bengkoang, finely chopped and squeezed the water
  • mix all the ingredients above until blended and then enter:
    1butir chicken eggs, shake off
  • mix until blended, then enter:
    5 tbsp of sago flour
    3 tablespoons of potato flour
  • mix until smooth .. then print on the skin of siomay .. and give carrot grated on it as decoration, then steamed for 30-40 minutes, before steamed ..

Saos siomay:

  • 5 tablespoons chili sauce belibis
  • 3 tablespoons chili sauce sauce
  • 50 ml of hot water
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • mixed so one .. stirring
