Ingredients
- 100 grams of shrimp
- 1 carrot fruit
- 1 piece of broccoli
- 2 button mushrooms / champignon
- 1 tofu fruit
- 2 pieces of chicory
- 5 pieces of basso
- 2 baby corn
- 1 large red chili
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 segment of ginger
- 1 onion leek
1 tablespoon oyster sauce - 1/2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp margarine for sauteing
- Insufficient salt
- 1/2 teaspoon chicken powder (optional)
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons maezena flour
- 1 tsp sugar
How to make
Saute garlic until fragrant, add the red chili sauce until wilted, insert shrimp stir until shrimp change color.
Enter the basso, carrots, putren, stirring until half-baked.
Put broccoli, mushrooms, chicory, stir well, add water if likes berkuah, seasoning pepper powder, salt, sugar, oyster sauce, tomato sauce, powdered broth, mix well.
Toward the lift enter maezena yg sdh dilarutkan dg boiled water, stir briefly, enter fried tofu, sprinkle leek, stir back until the gravy slightly thick, lift & serve warm.
