RAINBOW CAKE
Hello steemit friend, meet me again @rerycore on the occasion of today I want to share a cake recipe that is perfect for you to enjoy with your beloved family.
Here are the steps you need to make a rainbow cake, and very easy to make for beginners who are just learning to cook.
What you should prepare:
- 300 grams of sugar
- 300 ml of cooking oil
- 200 grams of wheat flour
- 8 eggs
- Butter cream
- Food coloring to taste (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple)
- 1 teaspoon emulsifier
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How to make :
- Beat 8 eggs with 300 grams of sugar using a mixer until the mixture is well blended and smooth.
- Afterwards insert 1 teaspoon emulsifier, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt, then shake until fluffy.
- Then take a little dough on top, then place on a small bowl, then mix with cooking oil, stir until mixed well, set aside.
- Put the flour in little by little, then stir until well mixed. Then enter the mixture of dough that has been given oil, stir again until blended.
- After that divide the dough into 6 parts on each different container, then each dough is given perwana different food also.
- Use a baking pan of 24 x 12 cm (or as desired), coat it with bread paper and apply a thin butter spread, then pour the batter into it.
- Steam the dough for about 20 minutes, lift and chill.
- Put a pad of bread or plastic paper on the bottom of the table to arrange each dough.
- Then stack the dough with the desired color according to taste, then give a thin butter cream spread on each layer.
- If it is neatly arranged, cover all the cake with the rest of the butter cream before, and decorate according to taste.
- Rainbow cake steamed ready to serve.
