PUDING BROWNIES
Ingredients:
- 1000 ml of liquid milk
- 6 pieces of plain bread, shreds
- 2 tablespoons of powdered chocolate
- 100 gr dcc (use the dark one, don't use milk, it tastes different)
- 2 gelatinous packs
- 200 grams of sugar
- 2 egg yolks, shake it off
How to make :
- Melt dcc & powder chocolate with a little milk, set aside.
- Blender of plain bread & liquid milk until smooth.
- Mix the sugar and so in the pan, pour a mixture of fresh bread & milk and chocolate liquid, mix well into one.
- Cook on medium heat.
- Take a little mixture, mix with egg yolks.
- Insert the egg yolk mixture into the pan little by little while continuing to stir. Cook until boiling.
- Turn off the stove, print & garnish according to taste.
- Cool it in the refrigerator. Cut into pieces, ready to be enjoyed.
