PUDING BROWNIES

Ingredients:

  • 1000 ml of liquid milk
  • 6 pieces of plain bread, shreds
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered chocolate
  • 100 gr dcc (use the dark one, don't use milk, it tastes different)
  • 2 gelatinous packs
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 2 egg yolks, shake it off

How to make :

  • Melt dcc & powder chocolate with a little milk, set aside.
  • Blender of plain bread & liquid milk until smooth.
  • Mix the sugar and so in the pan, pour a mixture of fresh bread & milk and chocolate liquid, mix well into one.
  • Cook on medium heat.
  • Take a little mixture, mix with egg yolks.
  • Insert the egg yolk mixture into the pan little by little while continuing to stir. Cook until boiling.
  • Turn off the stove, print & garnish according to taste.
  • Cool it in the refrigerator. Cut into pieces, ready to be enjoyed.
