PANDAN SNOW PRINCESS CAKE
What you should prepare:
- 190 grams of low protein flour - 75 grams of cold unsalted butter
- 75 grams of margarine
- 50 grams cashew nuts, roast, puree - 30 grams of refined sugar
- 1 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon of pandanus paste
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
Sprinkling:
- 150 grams of refined sugar
- 50 grams of milk powder
Stir well, sigh
How to make :
- Beat margarine, unsalted butter, refined sugar and salt for 30 seconds or until well blended.
- Then enter the egg yolks and pandan paste, beat well.
- Add the cashew nuts smooth, mix well. After that enter the flour and baking powder while sifted, and mix well.
- Grind the dough to a thickness of 1/2 cm, then print with a crescent shaped cookie cutter.
- Next put on a margarine baking sheet and do the same until the dough runs out.
- Bake in oven with temperature 150 degree celcius for 20 minutes or until done.
- Lift and chill. After cold, put pastry and refined sugar into a plastic bag. Shake gently until the pastry wrapped in refined sugar.
