Honey chicken sesame fried chicken
Ingredients :
- 500 grams of chicken breast meat, sliced to taste and geprek
- 5 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1.5 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1.5 tb tp.mazeina
- 3.5 tb tigu.terigu
- 1 egg
- 1.5 tablespoons of sesame oil
- Sesame seeds to taste
How to make :
- Enter all the ingredients in the basin except sesame seeds, then stir well, after pouring, pour the sesame seeds and flatten them and then fry them on medium-low until golden yellow, remove and drain.
Honey Sauce:
- Give a little oil in the cauldron then add 1.5 tablespoons of oyster sauce with 3 tablespoons of honey. Cook with low heat, stir until melted. Turn off the heat, put the chicken in, then stir until blended. Finished.
