FRIED DUMPLINGS
Ingredients :
- 15 pieces of dumpling skin
- 400 grams of minced chicken
- 100 gr carrots, cut into small cubes
- 1 stick of leeks, finely sliced
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ teaspoon of ground pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons of starch
How to make:
Put all ingredients except dumpling skin and cooking oil into a large bowl, and stir gently until all ingredients are well mixed.
Take a piece of dumpling skin, place 1 tablespoon of the dough in the middle, and form like a bag. Do it until the entire lumpia skin runs out.
Heat oil, and fried dumplings until yellowish.
Lift, drain. Serve warm with chili sauce or tomato sauce.
