EGGLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE

Dry ingredients:

  • 150 grams of sugar

  • 3/4 ​​tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Wet ingredients:

  • 115 ml of cooking oil
  • 240 ml of hot water
  • 2 tsp lemon juice

How to make :

  • Place dry ingredients and wet ingredients in separate containers. Mix it flat
  • Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients mix well with whisk (do not overmix)
  • Pour into a baking dish that has been baking baking paper and spread a little margarine
  • Bake at 180 ° C for 30 minutes, fire under a further 20 minutes. Stab test
