COCONUT FISH CAKE
Ingredients :
- 100 gr half-aged coconut, grated lengthwise
- 100 gr rice flour
- 200 ml of thick coconut milk
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 50 grams of flour
- 200 ml of water
- 1 egg
- Oil for spread
- 25 grams of sugar for topping
How to make:
- Mix coconut milk and a little flour, cook until thickened don't forget to stir so it doesn't break, lift it.
- Mix the flour that has been cooked with grated coconut, rice flour and salt, mix well. Pour water + eggs little by little while stirring until blended.
