CHOCOLATE SILKY PUDDING
Ingredients:
- 1200 ml of mineral water
- 1 pack of jelly powder (chocolate variant)
- 200 gr white SKM
- 100 grams of sugar (can be added if you like sweet)
- 20 grams of powdered chocolate
- 70 gr dark cooking chocolate (dcc), cut into small pieces
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch (dissolve with a little water)
Topping: brownies crumbs, buttercream, cherry.
How to make:
- In the saucepan, put the jelly powder + chocolate powder + sugar + SKM, mix well. Add mineral water, stir until the powder dissolves.
- Turn on the medium heat, stirring the pudding liquid until it almost boils. Add the maize solution, stir for a while. Lastly enter dcc, stir until late. Turn off the fire.
- Print the pudding in a glass, store it in the refrigerator (refrigerator) for 30 minutes. Give toppings to taste, serve
