Chewy Brownies
Ingredients:
- 150 gr dark chocolate
- 50 grams of butter
- 40 ml of cooking oil
- 2 eggs
- 150 grams of refined sugar
- 100 grams of flour
- 35 grams of powdered chocolate
- Toppings to taste
How to make:
- Melt dark cocholate, butter, vegetable oil on the team (I enter the microwave for 1 minute)
- Beat eggs and refined sugar using whisk until the sugar dissolves (sugar must be completely dissolved so that the shiny crust appears)
- Put the molten chocolate, stir well
- Put the flour and powdered chocolate stir again until smooth, the mixture is very thick and heavy
- Pour the mixture into a size 20 mold which is pasted with baking paper
- Give toppings to taste, (I give chocolate chip topping)
- Bake in a preheated oven, with 150 fires in the middle shelf until cooked (I roast for 35 minutes, adjust it with the oven, too)
