Chewy Brownies

Ingredients:

• 150 gr dark chocolate
• 50 grams of butter
• 40 ml of cooking oil
• 2 eggs
• 150 grams of refined sugar
• 100 grams of flour
• 35 grams of powdered chocolate
• Toppings to taste

How to make :

• Melt dark cocholate, butter, vegetable oil in a way on the team
• Beat eggs and refined sugar using whisk until the sugar dissolves
• Put the molten chocolate, stir well
• Put the flour and powdered chocolate stir again until smooth, the mixture is very thick and heavy
• Pour the mixture into a size 20 mold which is pasted with baking paper
• Give toppings to taste
• Bake in a preheated oven, with 150 fires in the middle shelf until cooked.
