Banana Brownies
Banana Brownies
Ingredients :
- 75 grams of dark cooking chocolate
- 75 grams of sugar
- 40 grams of butter / margarine
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 large size chicken egg, shake it off
- 150 grams of Ambonese banana / cavendish / king
- 50 grams of versatile flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 10 grams of powdered chocolate
- 1/4 teaspoon of fine salt
How to make :
- Prepare a heat-resistant bowl to include chopped dark cooking chocolate, granulated sugar and butter / margarine, put it in a hot pot in a steamed manner.
- Heat the pan over low heat until the chocolate melts, stirring until chocolate, butter and sugar are mixed.
- Lift the bowl from the pan, wait until the hot steam is gone, then put the vanilla extract, and the beaten egg, stirring with a whisk balloon until well mixed. Add crushed bananas
- Enter 1/2 part of the flour mixture by sifting directly over the banana mixture, stirring the mixture using a spatula
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish sprinkling bananas, raisins, almond slices (optional)
- Bake until cooked
