Balinese seasoned milkfish

Ingredients:
- 2 milkfish (700 grams)
- 2 segments of turmeric
- 8 red chili, mashed
- 4 candlenut, mashed
- 7 cloves of onion, mashed
- 2 garlic cloves mashed
- 2 tomatoes, cut in four
- 1 lemongrass stick, spread
- Salt and brown sugar according to taste
- 3 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
How to make:
Clean and cut the fish according to taste. Spread the chicken and turmeric together.
Let stand for 15 minutes and then fry until cooked and brown, drain.
Saute the mashed spices with lemongrass until fragrant in the pan.
Add 100 cc of water, tomatoes, soy sauce, salt and brown sugar.
After thickening enter fried fish into the pan. Stir and immediately lift from the fire.
