I had no clue that's how a pumpkin was baked.
I actually might give that a try one of these days.
The shape of food supposedly lets us know what part of the body it will help.
I liked that tidbit of info as well :)
Actually it tastes a lot like squash if you were to eat it before making a pie. I scooped out one half and enjoyed it with butter and salt and pepper.
