It's ideal weather in Sweden now for dumpstering meat as it's pretty cold outside. But of course I can't guarantee that everything is ok... but you learn to trust you senses when it comes to food when you don't stare yourself blind on expiry dates! ;)
Never had any problems so far nor has my friends and we've been doing it for many years now...
Very cool. That's understandable because it's getting closer here in Indiana to be at or below freezing most of the time so yeah most meat thrown out would stay frozen or close to it.
Exactly and the stores here throw away things systematically before the expiry date which is called "Bäst före" (best before) which is not even close to have gone bad.
