मेरे प्यारे भाइयो और मेरी प्यारी प्यारी बहनो। आज मेरी प्यारी बहन ने आलू मसाला की पूरी बनायीं है। जब वो बना रही थी तो मैं भी उसका साथ दे रहा था इसलिए मैंने कुछ फोटो भी क्लिक कर लिए है। ये पूड़ी खाने में बहुत मजा आता है, सिंपल वाला पूड़ी तो आप ने बहुत खाया होगा जो आता और मैदा की बनती है लेकिन पूड़ी के अंदर मसाला दाल के सायद ही आपने खाया हो। मैं ऐसा इसलिए कह रहा हूँ की ऐसा मैं भी पहली बार खाया है। पहले कभी मेरी बहन ने या मेरी मम्मी ने इस तरह का नहीं बनाया था।
आज पहली बार मेरी बहन ने ये बनाया है मेरी मम्मी को तो ये बनाना भी नहीं आता है। कैसे बना है ये आप एक एक कर के इमेज देख ही सकते है आप को सब समझ आ जाएगा। ये बन कर कैसा दीखता है ये निचे वाली इमेज में देख सकते है।
मेरी बहन ने शुरू यहाँ से किया था, इस में मैदा और आटा दोनों मिक्स है इस को फिर मिला के गिला कर के सांदा उसके बाद पूड़ी की तरह गोल गोल बेला और फिर इस में मसाला मिलाया है। वो आलू का मसाला है उसमे आलू मिला हुआ है और बहुत सारे मसाले मिला कर वो चटनी बनायीं है मेरी बहन ने उसके बाद उसके मिक्स कर के फिर ये पूड़ी में दाल कर फिर तेल में शेका है।
