Sauté Beans, Carrots and Sweet Corn - Tumis Buncis, Wortel dan Jagung manis

Materials by Annisa YM

  1. 250 gr beans, thinly sloped slices
  2. 2 carrots, cut into matches
  3. 1 piece of sweet corn, pipil
  4. 2 eggs
  5. 3 cloves of garlic, geprek
  6. taste oil and margarine for sauteing
  7. to taste salt
  8. Little sugar
  9. 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper

Step

  1. Heat oil, add garlic until fragrant.
  2. Enter the eggs, give margarine. Oseng-oseng
  3. Enter the carrot and sweet corn pipil, oseng-oseng briefly.
  4. Enter the beans.
  5. Give salt, pepper, and sugar. Oseng-oseng until done.
  6. Ready to serve

  1. 250 gr buncis, iris tipis miring
  2. 2 buah wortel, potong korek api
  3. 1 buah jagung manis, pipil
  4. 2 butir telur
  5. 3 siung bawang putih, geprek
  6. secukupnya minyak dan margarin untuk menumis
  7. secukupnya garam
  8. Sedikit gula
  9. 1/2 sdt lada bubuk

Langkah

  1. Panaskan minyak, masukkan bawang putih sampai harum.
  2. Masukkan telur, beri margarin. Oseng-oseng
  3. Masukkan wortel dan jagung manis pipil, oseng-oseng sebentar.
  4. Masukkan buncis.
  5. Beri garam, lada, dan gula. Oseng-oseng sampai matang.
  6. Siap disajikan
