Kozi Laham ( Mutton with rice)
Today we decided to have lunch from an Arabic resturant ,which is located near our home. It is called Zaatar Arabic Resturant.
We had Dajaj Faa Chicken and Kozi Laham. This is the first time we are having the taste of these dishes.We decided to try it out.
The taste was good and was not too spicy also. The resturant opens only at 1 pm.
DAJAJ FAA CHICKEN :
It includes Grilled boneless chicken pieces ,Kuboos, Garlic paste ,Mint chutney, Tomato chutney and tomato,carrot and cucumber salad.
KOZI LAHAM :
Kozi Laham is a special Arabic rice served with masala and tomato chutney.Mutton is added on to that. One can replace mutton with chicken or fish as per your taste.
It looks so delicious... Where it is???
