Boiled Cassava/ Tapioca
Tapioca is a starchy food from the root of the Cassava Plant . We have planted a few them in our backyard. Just now I boiled a few pieces. Then I thought of sharing with you all.
Method:
Clean and peel the cassava
Wash and clean well again after peeling.
Put the pieces in a pot and add more water to cover the pieces.
Boil until the pieces are cooked well.
Add salt.
Strain excess water and serve hot with stewed meat or stewed fish.
