I love sweet potatoes in my burritos. Ha ha, thought I might be the only one, as I can't convince my husband to add them to the bean burritos he eats almost daily. thanks for sharing, your photos are making me hungry!
You're welcome! I'd have never ever thought of adding sweet potatoes to bean burritos till I found this. In fact I didn't do much cooking with them at all. I'm trying to integrate them into our diet more often!
