Thanks for commenting @natureofbeing! I really appreciate it. I drink this fortified coffee everyday and it's definitely an energy maintainer.
I'm a Paleo girl and do my best not to consume any dairy which also makes this particular formula, vegan-friendly.
I'd say that you do an extraordinary job with your vegan alternative recommendations!! I'm not vegan but have very good friends who are and will pass along your recipes.
