The Ultimate Cocktail Heaven - "Cartizze" Bar / 鸡尾酒天堂 "Cartizze" Bar

Last week, whilst scouring London’s West End with a friend for a fresh new social venue, I stumbled across this luxurious cocktail . After checking it out, I have to say, it's one of my absolute favourites now in London.

The contemporary Cartizze bar is situated in Mayfair, just down a road called Lancashire Court. The location gives the feeling like you’ve stepped into some quaint street in Italy! I can just imagine sitting out here in the summertime would be an awesome experience!

The interior has a very unique Art Deco feel to it. A combination of oak panelling combined with classic egg-and-dart details. A blue leathered and Nero Marquina marble fireplace adds the perfect finishing touch. The back bar is filled with incredibly beautiful crystals, looking rather extravagant and gorgeous! From the soft piano music playing in the background and oak leather seats to the twinkling glasses on display, this place just oozes sleek elegance and glamour!

The cocktails themselves are superb featuring an original and exotic range to choose from. I absolutely adored the “Amor Y Amargo”, which is basically a blend of lemon meringue emulsion, vanilla sugar and Prosecco. It was just out of this world!

My friend ordered the “Chinese Lantern” cocktail. This drink consists of passion fruit, strega, vanilla, lemon and Prosecco. I sips some and it also proved to be very refreshing! See the photo below and you can see how much she enjoyed it, haha!

So impressed with our previous orders, we then decided to sample the “Decadence” cocktail which is a mix of vodka, vanilla, meringue emulsion and fresh raspberries! This was actually a recommendation from the bartender. Again, great presentation and a real treat!

Lastly (and before I get too drunk, lol!), I ordered myself something a bit stronger which is called “Son of Islay”. This cocktail is a mix of “Ardbeg” 10 year old whisky, Italian-aged vermouth and white cacao liqueur. One stand-out detail which I adored is that they served the drinks in a sparkling smoked-crystal decanter. As I opened the top and poured the drink into my glass, a glassy mist wafted out of the bottle and gradually dispersed, creating a very surreal atmosphere. Very cool indeed! I can’t fault this drink either as it created this subtle, contemplative buzz which contributed to the perfect end of a pleasant evening.

The cocktails served here are delicious and beautifully presented, each one being very unique in its own way. I found the establishment to be a fantastic place, be it for business, friendship or an intimate drink with that special someone. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to your needs. And it needs to be said one last time, the drinks are to die for! Just heavenly! I had an exquisite time here and definitely will be back soon!

This place is a must if you're willing to splash out a little and make an evening of it! I thoroughly recommend a visit to the delightful “Cartizze” bar in Central London!

上周我和朋友聚会偶然发现一家非常有特色的鸡尾酒吧。我不得不说，它现在已成为我在伦敦的最喜欢的酒吧之一。

Cartizze酒吧位于Mayfair，隐藏在兰开夏郡的小巷里，你会感觉自己进入了意大利的古雅街道，一种很浪漫的气氛。夏天来这里一定很棒！

酒吧里，橡木镶边，蓝皮革，大理石壁炉的经典组合，仿佛带你回到了怀旧的1920年代。吧台上展示着华丽的水晶酒瓶酒杯，闪闪发光，简直美呆了！享受着柔和的钢琴音乐，橡木皮革座椅，闪烁的水晶杯，这地方华丽优雅，充满魅力！

这里的鸡尾酒相当美味，都是原创有自己特色的。 我个人非常喜欢的鸡尾酒叫“Amor Y Amargo”，它是柠檬，奶酥，香草与香槟混制而成，味道棒极了！

我朋友点了名叫“中国灯笼”的鸡尾酒，含有百香果，香草，柠檬和香槟等成分。我也尝了一口，清爽果香，非常清新的口感！看看下面的照片，你就知道我朋友多么享受这美味的鸡尾酒了，哈哈！

接着我们又尝了酒吧侍应生推荐的“Decadence”鸡尾酒，这是伏特加，香草及新鲜树莓等合制而成。事实证明，我们的选择是正确的， 呵呵！

最后，我选了酒精稍微强劲一点儿的“Son of Islay”。这款饮品混合了10年威士忌，意大利苦艾酒和白甜酒。我注意到他们使用的水晶酒瓶造型相当古典，里面盛满了灰雾，相当特别。当我打开瓶盖把饮品导入玻璃杯，淡淡的薄雾从瓶子飘出，逐渐分散，创造出弥漫的气氛，非常酷！享受着这浓浓的酒香以及那种很深沉的味道，为我们这个愉快的夜晚画上了完美的句号！

这里的鸡尾酒不但美味，更有自己原创的独特风味，每一种都值得一试。无论是商务会面，朋友聚会或是情人约会，这是一个首选的好地方。酒吧侍应生都不但热情周到，对各类酒品都非常熟悉，找他们推荐适合你的口味一定没错。能在这么优雅华丽的环境喝上美味的鸡尾酒，对我来说简直是天堂，呵呵。
