Enjoying Some Delicious Dim Sum at "Golden Dragon"

“Golden Dragon” is my usual place to go for Dim Sum in London. This weekend, I was meeting my friends there and ended up having a wonderful meal.

As we live in different parts of London, we figured Chinatown is probably the most accessible for all of us therefore we chose the "Golden Dragon" that's located in "Gerrad Street". The restaurant proves to be an extremely popular destination at weekends so we had a good 20 minutes wait before we were seated.

The restaurant is set in a classic "Hong Kong" style, spread over two floors and quite spacious. They specialise in Dim Sum by day and offer Cantonese food in the evening. The Dim Sum menu is quite varied, ranging from dumplings, buns, fried noodles to tarts and puddings.

We ordered up a selection of Dim Sum and all of them were so tasty. Here are some of my favourites: Preserved Salted Egg Congee with Pork, Steamed Spare Ribs in Black Bean Sauce, Char Siu Pork Bun and Beef Cheung Fun.

My friend’s 5 year old son also had a great time dining there. Here are our happy faces after the meal, haha!

I would highly recommend "Golden Dragon" and their delicious Dim Sum, especially if you feel like being adventurous! Enjoy!
