To-die-for Broccoli & Bacon Salad

Broccoli & Bacon Salad

This salad is so good, it can be enjoyed as a side dish or as a meal on it's own.

Ingredients:

1 head broccoli, chopped
1 head cauliflower, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 pound bacon, fried and crumbled
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Method:

Mix all the ingredients together and enjoy.

    If you leave out the bacon then it is a vegetable salad, yes :-)
