Kinilaw is known for the most delicious and in demand food from the people came from provinces and of course, from non provinces. This type of food is basically known from provinces and fishermans. "Kinilaw" is a raw fish, wherein it 's bone is get or we can call it, "Boneless." This type of food is being served in every occassions of the people living near by the sea, wherein fishing is the main source of needs. This raw food is served with the mix of spicies such as luy-a, bombay, biasong- takes away the smell, and suka, or vinegar. This kind of recipe can truly give you a delicious "Kinilaw" to eat and serve.
