1 개 패킷 Royko 또는 향료

제 다음 가지 워시 iriskan terongnya을 따로
둘째 : 계란 늦게까지 조미료와 고추 ATA Royko을 줄 이길
셋째, 혼합 할 때까지 구타 계란, 코트에 가지 딥.
넷째 나스 콘스타치 베이킹 파우더를 혼합 한 가지의 가루 스틱 탭까지 교반 한 밀가루 반죽에 입력 떨어진다.
다섯째 중불 프라이팬에 기름을 가열한다. 황금 갈색이나 노란색까지 berlemuri 밀가루되었습니다 튀긴 가지.
여섯째 : tiriskan.sajikan 리프트와 칠리 소스와 바삭 가지, 토마토
행운을 빌어 요 ...!
** TERONG GORENG CRISPY **
** MATERIALS **
2 pieces of purple or more eggplant
1 egg
100 grams of wheat flour
50 grams of cornstarch
2 grams of baking powder
1 teaspoon of marica powder
1 pack of royko or flavoring
the oil for frying
** HOW TO MAKE **
First: wash the eggplant and sliced the eggplant and set aside
Second: beat the eggs give royko or seasoning and pepper powder until dissolved
Third: dip the eggplant into egg whisk, lumuri until blended.
Fourth: put eggplant dye into flour mixture mixed with cornstarch and baking powder mix and press until the flour is attached to the eggplant.
Fifth: heat the oil in a cauldron over medium heat. Fried eggplant that has been floured until golden or yellow.
Sixth: lift and drain. Serve eggplant crispy with chili sauce, tomato

100 gram tepung terigu
50 gram tepung maizena
2 gram baking powder
1 sendok teh marica bubuk
1 bungkus royko atau penyedap
minyak untuk menggoreng
###CARA MEMBUAT
pertama : cuci terong lalu iriskan terongnya dan sisihkan
kedua : kocok telur beri royko ata penyedap dan merica bubuk hingga larut
ketiga : celupkan terong kedalam kocokan telur,lumuri sampai rata.
keempat : masukan celupan terong kedalam adonan tepung terigu yang sudah di campur dengan tepung maizena dan baking powder aduk dan tekan hingga tepungnya menempel di terong.
kelima : panaskan minyak dalam kuali dengan api sedang. goreng terong yang sudah berlemuri tepung hingga berwarna keemasan atau kuning.
keenam : angkat dan tiriskan.sajikan terong crispy dengan saos cabe,tomat
selamat mencoba...!!
