Risoles

Risoles or commonly also called risol, snacks made from wheat flour and eggs is one of my favorite foods. For types of fried snacks I would prefer the risol in fried appeal tofu, tempeh, yam, banana, and so forth. Sometimes I will not try to taste the risoles with various variations of the content and the lumpianya skin. Risol crunchy vermicelli content or risol mayo with soft skin or also risol content of potatoes, carrots and eggs breaded bread and so on. But it seems the content I mentioned above does not represent the risoles that I will try to make this time.

Because I have a fruit bengkuang and eager to try to process it in a different form, I finally found the recipe risoles contents this yam. There are some websites I try to visit but I find many recipes similar to each other. So I try to modify a bit. and alhamdulillah the result is quite good. the risol skin is supple and not easily torn. At first I was worried if the taste of risol will feel strange because it contains fruit, but after tasting it turns out content of yam is suitable for the enjoy. It also blends with the soft risol skin, with a little added content of minced shrimp in it, risoles will become more tasty.

To prevent skin from bubbly should fry with low heat and oil that is not too much. Drain risol first on a tissue, and serve with chilli sauce, mayonaes or cayenne pepper.
