  1. Arsik
    Arsik is one of Bataknese traditional foods that is very popular in the field of Indonesia. Usually these foods are served at weddings and families. This archive itself is made from fish such as goldfish, indigo and mujahir fish. This yellow spicy orange-flavored fish is very special, combining various spices and unique ingredients such as andaliman, asam patikala, kecombrang flowers, and chives (leek onion).
