Hi friends! This is @ramengril. Do you know what is Toppoki?

Topokki is the most popular snack for Korean. It is a stir-fried rice cake and fish cake with the spicy sauce.

I used to eat tteokbokki with my friends after school. I really missed that taste so had to made it for my dinner!! It's pretty simple and easy to make so I hope you guys try to make it!

Let’s get started!

+Ingredient+

Rice cake, fish cake, 1 teaspoon of chopped garlic, 1 tablespoon of Gochujang(=red pepper paste0, 2 tablespoon of red pepper powder, 2 tablespoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper and salt, 1/2 tablespoon of curry powder, 1/2 of onion, 1/2 of green onion, 1/4 of cabbage.

We're gonna make the sauce first. put 1 teaspoon of chopped garlic, 1 tablespoon of Gochujang(=red pepper paste), 2 tablespoon of red pepper powder, 2 tablespoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper and salt, 1/2 tablespoon of curry powder in a bowl and mix it ;)

And then we're going to make the stock with fish cakes. Pour 2 cups of water in the pan and boil it with fish cakes for 5mins. Trust me this fish cake stock makes Toppoki so much better!

Put the cut veggies and boil it for 3 more mins.

We’re going to put rice cake and the sauce. And boil down for 10mins.

At the end, I put ramen and boiled eggs because I’m @ramengirl! You can skip this part ;)
