Veg Seekh kebab
Ingredients
1 Tbsp ghee
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 1/2 Tbsp garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp ginger, chopped
2 large carrots, grated
1 cup beans, chopped
1/2 cup grated potatoes
1/2 tsp black pepper
5-6 almonds, crushed
1/2 cup khoya
A handful of grated cheese
2 figs, chopped
1/2 1 cup roasted gram flour
Salt as required
Method:-
Begin getting ready Baked Vegetarian Seekh Kabab Recipe by preheating stove at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Oil a heating plate with oil.
Warmth oil in a non-stick container. Include jeera and saute until fragrant.
Include green chillies and saute for a moment. Include carrot and saute for one 2-3 minutes.
Include French beans, cabbage and green peas and saute for 2-3 minutes. Include turmeric powder, blend well and cook till it joins.
Move this blend into a blend into a blender jug and crush coarsely. Put aside.
Include gram flour in a similar dish and sauté until fragrant. Include cashew nut powder and sauté.
Decrease warm, include ground vegetables, blend well and saute for 2-3 minutes till the crude odor vanishes. Move this blend into a bowl.
Include breadcrumbs, salt, pounded peppercorns and cardamom powder. Include garam masala powder, potato and blend well.
Gap this blend into expansive equivalent parts and wrap them around in the state of satay adheres firmly to get a seekh kabab.
Place the sticks on the lubed heating plate and put the plate in preheated broiler.
Cook the formula for 10-12 minutes, swinging twice to the opposite side each 4-5 minutes.
Serve Vegetarian Seekh Kabab hot with lemon wedges and onion to make it an extraordinary gathering starter and canapé.
