chicken szechuan fried rice
Ingredient
Basmati rice - 2 mugs
Boneless chicken - 300 g
Carrot, French beans cleaved - ½ glass
Spring onions cleaved - ½ glass
Egg - 1
Oil - 2 tbsp
Ground ginger garlic - 2 tsp
Red nippy - 2
Sugar - ½ tsp
Schezwan sauce - 1 tbsp
Soya sauce - 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup - 1 tsp
Pepper pwd - ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Method:-
schezwan singed rice and noodles:
initially, in a vast kadai warm oil and saute garlic on high fire.
additionally saute hacked spring onions till they sweat.
additionally include carrot, cabbage and capsicum.
also, saute for a moment.
also include schezwan sauce, soy sauce, tomato sauce and salt.
blend well and saute for a moment.
moreover, include cooked rice and cooked noodles.
blend tenderly, and include spring onions.
sauce arrangement:
right off the bat, in an extensive kadai warm oil and saute garlic and spring onions.
additionally include cabbage and capsicum. saute for a moment
also include schezwan sauce, tomato sauce, soy sauce and salt.
blend well and saute for a moment.
additionally pour cornflour water gradually, blending consistently.
mix till the sauce thickens marginally.
and furthermore gradually turns sparkly and translucent.
at last, serve hot triple schezwan browned rice formula with arranged sauce and fricasseed noodles.
